How do I book an appointment?
Each practitioner keeps their own schedule. Dr. Matt books online through Booksy or by phone, while the other practitioners can be reached via text. Phone numbers for each practitioner are listed on their individual pages.
Where do I park, and which door do I use?
Parking is right outside the door at 940 Town Centre Drive in east Medford, a few minutes from Rogue Valley Mall and Providence Medford Medical Center. The building is single-level with a step-free entry, and Medford Family Chiropractic Center is in Suite B.
Do the practitioners accept insurance?
It depends on the practitioner and your plan. Several bill insurance, including personal injury protection (PIP) after a car accident and workers' compensation. Each practitioner's page lists what they accept, and they're happy to answer questions before your first visit.
I was in a car accident. Who can help?
All the practitioners here focus on motor vehicle accident recovery, from chiropractic care to massage for whiplash, pain, and restricted movement. That care is often covered by PIP insurance.
Do the chiropractor and massage therapists work together?
Often, yes. Massage can help the body relax into a chiropractic adjustment, and the practitioners here are happy to coordinate with each other, and with your physician or physical therapist, if you'd like them to.
Are shorter or lower-cost sessions available?
Yes. Some of the massage therapists offer focused 30-minute sessions at a lower cost, so regular care can fit more budgets and schedules.
